Best meal ever

I’ve just made one the best meals I’ve ever eaten. Venison in a 14th century egredouce sauce with honey glazed roasted parsnips, sweet potatoes and onions, with pearl barley and oat groats. Gods it was heaven! Washed down with Rochefort 8 Belgian beer. Very happy!
